"A little more, please"

Sightseeing is very good. You made our first half-day fulfilled. There should have many more choices of promotion for the one who hasn't no ideas of what to do or where to go. We had much problem of dragging our luggages along the snowed-road from the city hall to a hotel in the city, so it would be great if you send passengers who just arrived and have luggages to their hotel nearby as complementary.

"P-Hotel"
Recommended by Ross, 15 Dec 09
In a city which requires a second mortgage in order to get a decent meal (any meal at all with a drink, come to that) the Oslo Pass stood out as good value. For the same amount as two of us spent on dinner, we got two nights B&B, free transport on Oslo's excelent public transport network and free entry to all museums, of which there are many. P Hotels offers a basic service, but the room was clean and quiet, the breakfast was edible, the service was friendly and efficient and the location is as good as it gets, with an ATM and metro stop within 50 metres and less than 5 minutes walk to just about every central attraction.

"convenience and value"
Recommended by Normal, IL, 14 Oct 09
This hotel was a good price in a great location and was clean. Although it was a little older, they were painting and fixing the place up while I was there. Seems you need to request a quiet room when booking, as the TGIFriday's below the hotel apparently gets pretty rowdy at night. The single rooms were perfect for a single traveler on a budget, and the breakfast filled me up so I didn't have to eat lunch. The only downside was that breakfast starts at 8am on weekends, and I had to leave earlier than that the second day.

The Oslo Package was for my partner and I a great experience. We got a quiet room in a very central hotel + the Oslo Pass for a very reasonable amount of money, and will probably choose this option next time we visit Oslo.

"A real Value for Money!"
Recommended by KH, 05 Aug 09
This is the best value package we have found so far in Europe. We have been in London, Stockholm, Venice and Amsterdam in last 4 months, this oslo package is definitely the best combination. Especially for a high cost city like Oslo, you cannot imagine how much more value you can get from Oslo Packages (besides good accomodation and transportation) until you feel it yourself!

Det var veldig lettvint å kunne få utdelt OsloPassene allerede ved innsjekking på hotellet. "Alt i ett" kan anbefales på det sterkeste, selv om vi nok hadde valgt et annet hotell om vi skulle valgt nå.

"Oslo"
Recommended by Pete, 28 Jun 09
We found the combination of hotel and Oslo Pass perfectly fine for our two day trip to Oslo. Oslo is an expensive city and we paid more for food than we had planned, with just a main meal each a drink each being about £60, probably about double what we pay at home, but the quality of the food and venues were good. It is a friendly place and within minutes of wandering out of the bus station a chap approached us as we were fumbling with our tourist map and he led us to our hotel and gave us a mini guided tour at the same time. There was plenty going on, official and unofficial and we stumbled across a demo by the Parliament, as well as the more organised events such as the Gay Festival. Oslo is a great city to walk around with excellent public transport, particularly the trams and underground. We had just come from a mini-break in London and the most obvious difference was the lack of people! Outside of the central street there is always space and peace, which was a welcome change. The weather was fantastic and we were able to pack a lot into our brief visit. A truly great mini-break

"Great value with the Oslo package"
Recommended by Beth W., 31 May 09
The Oslo package was outstanding value -- for the 3 of us, we saved approximately $360 between the reduced hotel room price and the free museum admissions and free transportation from the Oslo pass. My only suggestion is to be sure to get directions if coming into town from the airport on the express train (the Flytog). It is an easy walk from the National Theater stop to the hotel, but we didn't know which way to go -- should have asked the hotel in advance. The offering of this package by the tourist office helped us to enjoy Oslo and made us feel very welcome.
